During his tenure at the esteemed Montefiore Medical center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York City (site of implantation of the world's first transvenous pacemaker), Dr. Uri Ben-Zur completed separate fellowships in Cardiology, Electrophysiology and Cardiac Pacing. There, Dr. Ben-Zur worked under the guidance of Doctors Seymour Furman ?"? and John Fisher, pioneers in the field of Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology. After training, he was privileged to be appointed as an assistant Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Ben-Zur completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, California. His training was guided under the auspices of Doctors Richard Schatz and Paul Teirstein, recognized authorities in Interventional Cardiology. He has extensive experience in Percutaneous Cardiac Intervention.
